After several years of collaboration with the largest international architecture and interior design firms, the family business has seen the most ambitious projects entrusted to it, and has extended its fields of expertise to include project management today. Architects, decorators, interior designers and engineers, the agency now brings together all the project management skills to claim to be a multidisciplinary agency. It is precisely its strength and specificity: combining all the skills for understanding the project, its construction and challenges, its design and implementation in the interest of the client.

40 years of project experience
Our History
Since 1979, ARJITEC has been specializing architecture, urban planning and engineering firm based in Marrakech.
For more than 40 years, our agency has designed and constructed projects in Morocco and abroad, in all sectors (infrastructure, justice, health, education, tourism, private residence). ARJITEC specializes in all levels of intervention (urban planning, architecture, engineering, project management) throughout the project (subdivision, design, detailed studies, consultation, works supervision and acceptance, administrative permits).
2006
Since 2006, Karim Arji, ESTP Engineer and Urban Planner from Paris VI specialized in CHEBAP reinforced concrete and having had experience in France at SOCOTEC, has been in charge of the ARJITEC multidisciplinary Technical Design Office. He first handles consolidating the VRD and Structure activities and then develops the studies of technical trades. Hassan Arji, DPLG Architect and ESTP Engineer, joined the agency in 2009 with the desire to offer all services related to building, from design to execution, from architecture to engineering. He develops the synergy between the 2 entities and forms the ARJI ALI | ARJITEC group.
2011
In 2011, Réda Bargach, DPLG architect, with 10 years experience in France, took charge of the Architecture department. With Hassan Arji, they developed an architectural style unique to the agency combined with a clear project methodology.
2009
In 2009, Matthieu Place, an INSA Lyon engineer with 10 years
experience in major project management, took over operations
management.
2016
In 2016, ARJI ALI became ARJITEC DESIGN in order to support the growth of its activities and strengthen the image of the ARJITEC group and opened a Paris-based branch.

We have strong experience in the architectural management of structural and technical constraints. Taking these constraints into account in the design process from the very beginning is one of the distinctive features of our agency's Savoir-Faire. We are used to working with international standards and construction methods while proposing, if required by the client, an optimization and adaptation to local construction methods and practices in order to respect international standards of comfort and to optimize construction costs and techniques. Our difference is based on a continuous collaboration between the architecture department in charge of design and implementation studies and the engineering department, thus using the necessary technical advice to integrate innovative technical options adapted to the project in its entirety. We have a team that are fluent in French, Arabic, English and Spanish, both orally and in writing.
Our policy is to ensure a full-time on-site team on all projects in order to guarantee a follow-up as close as possible to the site manager.
All staff have the proper material and communication resources to carry out their mission under the optimal conditions (telephones, fixed and portable PCs, reprographics, vehicles, etc.).
Our offices in Marrakech are fully equipped with all the necessary IT resources including software and printing.
